The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to lead complex engineering projects that drive real change across Australia's industrial landscape? Alliance Automation is expanding in Newcastle, and we're looking for a standout Engineering Project Manager to take the reins on high-impact projects across the Mining & Resources, Water/Wastewater, and Heavy Industry sectors.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading the full lifecycle of engineering projects — from concept to commissioning
  • Collaborating with clients to define scope, requirements, and success outcomes
  • Building and managing project budgets and schedules with precision
  • Driving the design, development, and delivery of high-performance control systems
  • Ensuring every project meets our high standards — on time and on spec
  • Providing ongoing support and building long-term client relationships
  • Championing a strong HSEQ culture across all aspects of project delivery
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in resource planning and project management
  • A track record of success in Mining & Resources, Water/Wastewater, or Heavy Industry
