About the role

Unique Skip Bins is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our sales team. This is a commission-based, full-time role based in Annangrove, NSW. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, and closing sales to drive the growth of our skip bin rental and waste management services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calling, email outreach, and networking
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and provide exceptional customer service to convert leads into sales
  3. Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and actively manage the sales process
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and campaigns
  5. Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate new business
  6. Provide feedback and insights to the sales management team to help improve processes and strategies

What we're looking for

  1. 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the waste management or construction industry
  2. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  3. Proven track record of consistently achieving minimum 100% of quarterly sales targets
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  5. Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  6. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
