This is a key hire that will play a pivotal role in shaping their growth story. You will work closely with sales leaders to open doors, build high-value relationships, and help win landmark projects across the country.

• Join a rapidly scaling team fueling our market expansion journey and set the stage for multi-million-dollar deals.
• Work closely with and learn directly from senior leadership, and grow into a full-cycle sales role.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-potential clients in the facilities management market
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers
• Book high-quality meetings for Senior Account Executives and the CRO with potential clients.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine outreach strategies, qualify opportunities, and close early-stage deals.
• Maintain and track prospecting activity in CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Provide market insights to help shape product positioning and competitive strategy.

Ideal Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales development, with prior exposure to logistics, facilities management, loading docks, or related industries.
• Strong research skills for uncovering projects, opportunities, and decision-makers.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales tools.
• Confidence in engaging with senior professionals and influencing stakeholders.
• Self-motivation, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, scaling startup environment.
