Location: City of Melville Civic Centre
Salary: Level 9 $122,070.45 to $129,844.61 pro-rata p.a. + 12% Super
Employment Type: Permanent/ Full Time
What You'll Be Doing
- Shape long-term strategies that balance ecological integrity with community engagement and urban development
- Coordinate and support the team in the delivery of environmental restoration and threat management activities
- Provide leadership to the Natural Areas team fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a dynamic leader who has:
- A tertiary qualification in natural resource management, ecology or related discipline
- Extensive technical knowledge and practical experience in natural area management
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills
