Full Time – Permanent

About the Position

This is a field staff role that works in a team environment performing horticulture related maintenance activities on reserves using ride-on mowers, trucks and a variety of hand tools. This includes dryland mowing, brush cutting, weed control, biodiversity site restoration as required.

About You

You will have good communication skills, and be able to listen to customers, team members and supervisors. You will have a solid background in horticulture, conservation and vegetation management with an understanding of best practices and hold required safety tickets and relevant experience.

Key Selection Criteria:

  1. A Certificate 3 in Horticulture, Conservation Land Management or similar.
  2. Experience in commercial reserve maintenance works.
  3. A valid Australian MR Driver's license.
  4. Experience in working with and supporting a small team.
  5. Passion and value for outstanding customer service.
