Job Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience as a Financial Accountant.
  • CA or CPA qualified or working towards, with a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
  • Strong technical accounting skills with knowledge in financial compliance and tax obligations.
  • ERP system experience (SAP highly regarded).
  • Proficiency in excel and other reporting tools (HFM/ One stream)
  • Prior experience in a multinational or complex group structure will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Own the month-end close process — delivering timely, accurate, and reliable reporting.
  • Prepare and lodge statutory obligations, including BAS, PAYG, WHT, and FBT.
  • Support external audits by providing clear, accurate financial data.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and support foreign currency hedging requirements.
  • Review and manage balance sheet reconciliations with the shared service centre.
  • Liaise with the shared service team on bank reconciliations and payment queries.
  • Assist with Payments Times Reporting and FBT submissions in Australia.
  • Partner with the Finance Manager and external tax advisors on compliance and reporting matters.
  • Contribute to ad hoc financial projects and initiatives.
