We have been engaged by an 'employer of choice' and a leading name in their technology services sector. They employ over 500 staff and operate internationally, supporting multiple large global brands doing over $2B in revenue annually.

To provide long term succession, this high achieving Head of Finance is looking to appoint a capable and ambitious Financial Accountant. Someone that will benefit from his mentoring, training and support as you help support and bolster the financial reporting function on the finance team.

In this role,
standardised financial maintenance and reporting functions, liaising with supporting accounting functions and managing internal stakeholder relationships. The role will work closely with the senior finance team to empower them to make informed decisions based on regularly managed reports.

  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and meeting ASIC requirements for registered companies
  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational and financial performance
  • Assist with financial budgets and forecasts to support business planning and decision making
  • Various ad hoc accounting tasks to support greater finance team

You will have,
advanced systems, communication and presentation skills and have a genuine ambition to progress and develop.

  • Qualified CPA, CIMA, ACCA or CA
  • Ability to analyse data and provide guidance, including areas of opportunity and improvement
  • Proven ability to engage, articulate and deliver financial and commercial information to internal stakeholders to maintain clear and accurate financial reports
  • Advanced skills in Excel
