I'm currently partnering with an innovative and fast-growing start-up in the
real estate sector
and we are seeking to appoint an experienced
Operations Coordinator
to join the business at ground level.
This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside the COO and play a crucial role in
shaping the operational backbone
of a company poised for high growth.
With
new legislative changes
recently implemented across the Queensland real estate industry, this business is in peak demand and growing rapidly.
The Role:
As the
Operations Coordinator
, you'll report directly to the COO and take ownership of critical projects, systems and process development. This newly created role offers a unique chance to make a real impact from day one by helping to
build, launch and scale
a business from the ground up.
This is a
client-facing, technical and highly process-driven role
that demands strong attention to detail, excellent customer service and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end operational processes and systems to support business growth
- Oversee internal portals and project workflows, ensuring a clear, big-picture view of operations
- Manage and liaise with clients, real estate agents and external stakeholders daily
- Lead and support a small team, with the view to grow and develop the team over time
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve client queries and foster long-term relationships
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Support forecasting, reporting and operational modelling as needed
- Confidently utilise platforms such as
Google Suite, Stripe, Xero
, and
Hubspot CRM
About You:
We're looking for someone with a
real estate or body corporate background
who is passionate about building and running efficient operations within a start-up environment.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in
operations
, must be within real estate, property services, or body corporate - Strong technical knowledge of systems, platforms and process development
- Confidence in leading and coaching teams, running projects and delivering outcomes
- A self-starter attitude with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- The ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and stay composed under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
