The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Operations Coordinator to join the Hoses24 Operations Team. This role is integral to the coordination of daily logistics, resource planning, administrative functions to support of our field service team. In addition to supporting the Field Supervisor and operations team, this role also includes responsibility for the management of the Hoses24 Enzed Showroom, ensuring a professional and solutions-focused customer experience.

Working on a 7-on / 7-off roster supporting the Hoses24 field service team in the Bowen Basin. This role is offered on a FIFO or DIDO basis, with full accommodation and travel provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and allocate jobs based on resource availability and urgency
  • Ensure accurate completion of service documentation and risk assessments
  • Coordinate field requirements including tooling, consumables, and travel
  • Monitor WOP, job cost efficiency, and truck utilisation
  • Lead daily pre-starts, support on-the-job training, and ensure safety compliance
  • Provide technical support and customer service within the Enzed Showroom
  • Respond to client, warehouse and corporate office queries as required
  • Support employee management by addressing day-to-day personnel matters and escalating issues to leadership as needed

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in fluid transfer, hydraulics, or related industrial services
  • Previous hands-on leadership experience within a blue-collar environment
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid manual driver's licence (mandatory); trade qualification (highly regarded)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professional composure
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and app-based operational systems
