**About the role**

Mater Human Resources are looking for a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our team Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role permanent, full-time role will be based at our Newstead offices.

**Salary: $85,878 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation and **access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900** + **access to many staff benefits

**What you’ll be doing**

This role is the backbone to the Talent team and therefore requires an administrator who is highly motivated, engaged and looking to build a formidable Talent Acquisition career.
- Deliver specialist resourcing advice and participate in a selection of recruitment activities so that Mater’s recruitment process is efficient and effective.
- Respond to enquiries about recruitment activities and status of job vacancies
- Prepare job postings and brief external recruitment partners in accordance with our recruitment standards
- Utilise various online and social media resources (such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, Boolean Searches, and Social -Platforms) to build your pipeline
- Complete reference checks and coordinate Criminal History Checks
- Support the HR team in the preparation of employment contracts, variation letters and other ad hoc documents
- Assist with HR projects and other ad hoc tasks as required.

**About you**

You will have prior experience of recruitment admin/resourcing related activity, either as an in-house or agency setting
- Experience utilising PageUp is essential
- Experience in the healthcare industry would be advantageous
- Proactivity and initiative to service the demands of internal and external customers
- Resilience in the ability to juggle multiple priorities at any one time
- Well-organised with a keen interest in talent/recruitment, or similar transactional roles, including the ability to maintain a sustained level of focus in high volume processing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance in a timely manner
- A highly competent communicator, consultation, and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
- An elevated level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong written skills and the ability to draft advertisements/contracts and other professional correspondence
- Strong administration and time management skills
- Demonstrated organisational skills, including the capability to plan and prioritise work tasks, and manage concurrent activities to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Self-driven and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
