Moeru Japanese Restaurant is renowned for delivering authentic Japanese cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are expanding our team and currently seeking a Hot Food Chef to join our professional kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the preparation and cooking of hot dishes using traditional Japanese techniques (stir-frying, grilling, deep-frying, simmering, etc.).

· Organise and select fresh, high-quality ingredients.

· Monitor flavour, presentation, and quality to meet high standards.

· Collaborate with management and other chefs to develop menu items.

· Uphold strict food safety and hygiene compliance.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in Japanese cuisine.

· Knowledge of authentic Japanese cooking methods and presentation.

· Strong teamwork, organisation, and time-management skills.

· Commitment to delivering excellence under pressure.
