Moeru Japanese Restaurant is renowned for delivering authentic Japanese cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are expanding our team and currently seeking a Sushi Chef to join our professional kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and present sushi, sashimi, and other raw fish dishes with precision.

· Select and handle high-quality seafood and fresh ingredients.

· Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.

· Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

· Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in Japanese cuisine.

· Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques.

· Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.

· Passion for Japanese culinary traditions.
