Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage employee relations and industrial relations strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, fostering positive workplace relationships, and addressing complex workforce matters to support organisational goals.
  • Design and implement robust performance management systems that drive continuous improvement and align individual contributions with organisational objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional advisory services across ECH, fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure alignment between people strategies and business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Strong background in managing employee relations including union negotiations, enterprise agreements implementation, dispute resolution processes, investigations management, and legislative compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary HR teams within complex organisations where collaboration has been essential for success.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement workforce planning strategies aligned with business objectives while adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Experience designing performance management systems focused on continuous improvement aligned with organisational goals.
