The Opportunities

We're looking for experienced Chef de Parties to join our kitchen team at our Windsor Wine Room venue. These roles are available on both a full-time and casual basis, offering the chance to be part of a passionate culinary crew delivering European-inspired cuisine in a stylish, modern venue.

The Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment
  • A strong passion for food, creativity, and consistency in the culinary arts
  • Knowledge of European cuisine and techniques (highly regarded)
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety and WHS standards
