Role Description

This is a permanent part time or full time role, located in Manly, NSW. The Social Media & Marketing manager will be a diverse role across social media management, broader marketing management , brand partnerships and events. Your primary focus will be the responsibility for managing and creating engaging content for various social media platforms across a number of accounts, developing and executing social media strategies, and analysing performance metrics. Daily tasks include scheduling and publishing posts, interacting with followers, monitoring trends, and working closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

On a broader level you will be involved with a range of general and digital marketing management and activities. Working with the Good Good management team to develop and execute marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing and managing complimentary brand partnerships throughout the group and assisting with various events/activations throughout the venues.

Qualifications, experience, qualities

  • Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
  • Experience in brand partnerships and events
  • Be a driven, self starter with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Experience in Food and Beverage marketing or operations preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with social media analytics tools is a plus
  • You will work collaboratively with a broad range of hospitality professionals
  • Creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative content ideas
