Marketing & Communications Coordinator

**THE ROLE**
As the Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator you will use your writing and design skills to produce creative content across a variety of media channels to engage with McGregor Coxall audiences.

You will play a lead role in growing our social media following, implementing the digital marketing strategy and running digital campaigns. The purpose of the role is to promote our services, build our brand and communicate our story and mission in a meaningful way.

Key responsibilities will include_**
- Supporting the Global Marketing & Communications Manager to implement the integrated marketing plan;
- Producing engaging written content, digital assets and videos to be used across our website and social media platforms;
- Develop and pitch news and thought leadership pieces for industry and mainstream outlets, including provision of media packs;
- Monitoring and developing existing social media channels and exploring potential new channels;
- Supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of company websites, and working with the external website agency;
- Planning, developing and reporting on newsletters;
- Implementing and monitoring SEO, SEM, and paid online marketing campaigns, and building insights to drive improvement;
- Supporting the teams and disciplines to develop strategies, and content for specific digital campaigns and events; and
- Supporting the broader organisation to develop digital content for new products and services.

**ABOUT YOU**
To be successful in the role, you will have the following skills, experience and personal attributes:

- 2+ years’ marketing, communications or relevant experience, preferably in the architecture and design industries;
- Be commercially astute;
- Confident in stakeholder relationship management;
- Capable influencing skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to proof and edit content from others with a high level of attention to detail;
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and proven relationship management abilities;
- Strong organisational skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines;
- Ability to work with diverse project teams and in a fast-paced work environment;
- Competency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign and Microsoft Office 365 is a must; and
- A passion for marketing, communications and the architecture and design industry.
