Digital Performance Account Manager

**The Role**
As a Digital Performance Account Manager, you will get to do more than just manage online advertisements. You will be responsible for ensuring paid media projects are successfully planned and executed while contributing to the growth of our clients via paid media strategies.
More specifically, you’ll get to:
- Day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which will include paid search
- Google Ads, Bing Ads, Display-GDN, Programmatic and Social Ads
- Facebook, Linkedin, Retargeting.
- Go beyond just advertising and look at how we can improve customers landing pages, content to better match our campaigns and deliver improved engagement and conversions.
- Understand the benefits of full funnel marketing and audience targeting.
- Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
- Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
- Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
- Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media
- Oversee and manage overall paid media budget
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
- Create and support new business pitches or pre-pitch analysis where required to existing and new clients.

**Qualifications**
- You’ve earned your stripes as a kickass PPC, SEM Specialist for at least 3 years.
- You’ve been directly managing clients for a minimum of 1-2 years
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong in analytics and data analysis and able to draw valuable commercial insights from the data and present this to the client.
