We're on the lookout for a passionate and creative Marketing Coordinator to join the team behind two of Manly's most iconic venues – Hotel Steyne and Ivanhoe Hotel.

If you're someone who loves hospitality, has an eye for design, and thrives on bringing activations and promotions to life, this is the perfect role for you. You'll work closely with our Licensee (Operation team) and Group Marketing Manager to deliver engaging campaigns, drive brand consistency, and make sure both venues always look their best – on and offline.


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Maintain and execute all marketing activity across both venues.
  • Design and update posters, menus, and all in-venue collateral in line with brand guidelines.
  • Work with the Social Media Content Creator to plan content, photoshoots, and engaging campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Entertainment Manager to promote and deliver weekly entertainment and supplier activations.
  • Manage Meta ads, assist with EDM creation and send-outs, and help grow our email database.
  • Ensure all marketing screens, frames, and in-venue touchpoints are up to date and on-brand.
  • Respond to Google Reviews and monitor customer service inboxes to ensure a consistent brand voice.
  • Work with the Group Marketing Manager on any supplier or vendor partnerships, promotions, or events.

What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ years experience in a marketing or design role, ideally in hospitality, events, or lifestyle.
  • Design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with people and building brand engagement.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Plann Scheduling app and Mailchimp (or similar).
  • A creative, organised, and proactive mindset, someone who loves bringing ideas to life.
