Admin Assistant - Jnr position

Our client a specialist in Community Care across the North of the State is now seeking a casual Receptionist/Admin allrounder to join their busy business operation located in CBD Launceston.

Your ability to be flexible will see you succeed in areas of the business with some great opportunities to grow and lead into a full time role with the prospect of being in a senior role; however, you must be able to demonstrate a passion to help, be a team player whilst performing such roles as file management, diary management, office tasks from photocopying, filing, mail, printing, scanning and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

  • Front of Office/Reception Experience- 1st point of call

  • Excellent Phone Manner, ability to communicate with people of all ages

  • Adaptability, initiative and the ability to think ahead

  • Empathetic and Compassionate

  • Comfortable to multitask and at times under pressure
