Purpose of the Position
The candidate will ensure that all orders and inquiries are processed in a timely and accurate manner. The individual will be coordinating product dispatch updates between customers and the workshop and updating parties. Additionally, This position is also responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support. Being experienced would be highly advantageous.
This is a permanent full-time position with an immediate start available.
Responsibilities
Maintain communication of dispatch & order entries:
- Analyse changes in workshop schedules for both our Dealer network (trade/wholesale level) and also general public (retail market),
- Converse with customers to obtain accurate information for their orders,
- Ensuring all loyal customers are contacted at regular intervals,
- Timely resolution and management of customer concerns,
- Liaise with the Workshop Foreman, Scheduling, Technical Support Officer, Engineering, General Manager, Directors, Office Manager or any other Key Employees to ensure knowledge of unknown products is relayed correctly,
- Organise prompt freight, delivery or collection of customer products,
- Development & maintenance of product catalogues,
- Assist in maintaining a repair and maintenance register for all items currently at the premises for repair,
- Provide product sales support,
- Update all stakeholders of order status' during production meetings,
- Maintain MYOB & filing system records that adhere to the position - Invoicing & orders,
- Assist to provide regular flow of inventory to ensure adequate, accurate and appropriate supply and guidelines are adhered to,
- Perform other related duties as required.
