Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We're seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner who is passionate about building trusted relationships and driving positive employee experiences. You'll bring a strong generalist background, with the ability to influence leaders, shape people initiatives, and navigate complex workforce matters in a dynamic environment.

About the role

  • Build trusted relationships with leaders and teams to promote positive employee relations
  • Develop and implement people strategies, initiatives, frameworks, programs, policies and procedures required by Energy Safe
  • Partner with leaders to apply and embed the above and provide generalist HR advice and support to leaders and teams
  • Support the embedment and consistent implementation of enterprise agreement provisions
  • Deliver effective HR services and timely advice on complex employee and/or workforce matters.
  • Lead organisational change and HR initiatives with strategic insight
  • Ensure compliance with industrial instruments and employment frameworks
  • Provide partnering support across the employee lifecycle - from talent acquisition, performance, development, engagement and so on across your client group

About you

  • Proven experience in a senior HR business partnering role
  • Deep knowledge of employment legislation, enterprise agreements and ability to manage complex HR matters
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Agility to thrive in an evolving environment
  • A commitment to living our values and shaping an inclusive and positive workplace experience
  • Specialist training and/or tertiary qualified and significant work experience
  • Previous experience as a people leader (desirable)
  • Strategic workforce planning experience (desirable)
