What You Will Be Working On

Your focus will be supporting the distinctive challenges that come with scaling a global fashion business – from assisting with compliance across multiple countries to coordinating candidate experiences that reflect brand values. You'll handle everything from onboarding coordination, day-to-day operational responsibilities and supporting leadership development programs, while helping to maintain the culture that built this business as it continues to thrive and grow. The role offers exposure to strategic HR thinking, hands-on experience with performance management processes, and problem-solving opportunities in a business that refuses to slow down.
