  1. Help the project manager and design team with project administration tasks in compliance with related documentation, contractual requirements and specifications, and the company's management systems.

  2. Ascertain that the project meets the development team's expectations in terms of quality, timeliness, and cost.

  3. Achieve target budget lettings for packages of subcontractors.

  4. The entire scope of negotiations between contractors and subcontractors is covered by tender packages.

  5. Finalise subcontractor invoice responses and progress claims, ensuring that subcontractor information is received and processed, and maintaining current subcontractor budgets with timely payments for each invoice and variation.

  6. Project procurement and purchase; management of suppliers and subcontractors (including approving and rejecting products from suppliers); coordinating estimates for material supply and maintaining track of plant and equipment records

  7. Oversee contract administration, including time, money, and claim management; enter budget into software

  8. Providing engineering support and coordination to the site manager; assisting the project manager with progress claims and variations to be submitted to the head contractor

  9. Control and filing of project documents and correspondence, including approval of invoices

  10. Project financial management and reporting (helping with cost reports).

  11. Take on project manager roles when needed;

  12. Provide input on the company's continuing development of its contract management and project administration systems; tracks productivity of the project into the system

  13. Liaising with management, regarding site related contract issues; Organse site access such as fire isolation, keys etc.

  14. Participate in meetings, record minutes, and distribute meeting materials.

  15. Prepare weekly reports
