as and lead the charge in building scalable, automated, and efficient campaign delivery processes across markets.
Company Introduction
Veridooh is the world's leading provider of independent OOH verification and campaign automation solutions. We make out-of-home (OOH) advertising more transparent, efficient, and measurable, bringing together media owners, agencies, and advertisers in one connected platform.
Founded in 2019 by Mo Moubayed and Jeremy Yang, Veridooh now services 200+ clients across Australia, New Zealand, the US, the UK, and Europe.
At Veridooh, we're passionate about building a supportive, high-performance environment where every team member feels valued and empowered to deliver great work, with an
eNPS score of +54
and counting.
This role will be based in Sydney, Australia, working closely with our offshore operations team in the Philippines and cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Sales and Account Management.
Job Description
We're looking for a
Global Campaign Operations Manager
to lead Veridooh's central campaign operations — overseeing daily delivery performance while designing the systems, processes, and automation frameworks that enable scale.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving operational challenges, working closely with data and tools, and turning complex workflows into simple, repeatable systems. You'll manage our offshore operations team, partner with internal stakeholders, and continuously improve how we deliver campaigns worldwide.
What you'll do
- Own Global Campaign Operations:
Lead the day-to-day campaign delivery function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across regions. - Build for Scale:
Design and implement centralised processes and frameworks that support exponential campaign growth and operational efficiency. - Drive Automation:
Build and maintain automation workflows using tools such as
,
Zapier
, and
n8n
to reduce manual tasks and improve turnaround times. - Manage and Mentor:
Directly manage the offshore operations team (Philippines), driving performance, engagement, and accountability across time zones. - Measure What Matters:
Establish, track, and continuously improve key operational KPIs — including campaign turnaround time, process efficiency, and automation adoption. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Partner with Support Engineers, Account Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers to align delivery operations with product capabilities and client expectations. - Implement Process Change:
Identify inefficiencies, test improvements, and successfully roll out operational changes across global teams with clear communication and buy-in. - Champion Operational Excellence:
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the operations function.
What you'll bring
- Operations expertise:
5+ years of experience in operations, process optimisation, or campaign management — ideally in digital, tech, or media environments. - Builder mindset:
You enjoy designing systems and processes from the ground up, not just managing what already exists. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, sometimes scrappy environment — you know how to bring order, create structure, and
turn the scrappy into a machine
that scales - Automation fluency:
Skilled with low-code/no-code tools (e.g.
,
Zapier
,
n8n
) and passionate about using technology to simplify work. - Change Manager:
Proven success driving teams to adopt and embrace process change to improve customer and operational outcomes. - Analytical thinker:
Data-driven approach to improving performance and making informed decisions. - Strong communicator:
Clear and confident in explaining process changes, presenting insights, and managing stakeholder expectations. - Adaptable and proactive:
Comfortable in fast-moving environments where systems, tools, and teams evolve quickly.
About You
You're a systems thinker who loves turning complexity into clarity. You thrive on automation, enjoy getting close to tools and data, and find satisfaction in seeing measurable improvements every week. You're hands-on, proactive, and comfortable leading through doing — but you also know how to step back, analyse, and design for scale.
Top reasons to work with Veridooh
At Veridooh, you're not just taking a job; you're joining a team that's redefining the future of out-of-home advertising. We're scaling globally, investing heavily in technology and automation, and we want builders like you to help shape the next phase.
- Build the Future of Adtech:
Play a pivotal role in scaling the operational backbone of a global adtech leader. - High-Impact Role:
Your systems and decisions will directly influence how campaigns are delivered around the world. - Growth and Ownership:
Grow with a company in hyper-scale mode, with opportunities to lead new initiatives and markets. - Culture That Delivers:
Work with a smart, passionate, and diverse team that genuinely loves what they do — with an
eNPS score of +54
and counting. - Empowered Learning:
Our Performance Experience Program is designed to fuel your learning, provide structured feedback, and help you grow into the next stage of your career.
