ETA are launching a brand-new Healthcare division right here in our Perth CBD office - ETA Healthcare

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development manager/Team manager who thrives on business development and is ready to make their mark. You'll have the chance to build a desk from scratch, shape its direction, and be backed by a strong national brand with proven success across mining, civil, and construction recruitment.

We are looking for someone with proven industry experience and network connections to help us grow this exciting new division.

What You'll Do

  • Drive business development to establish ETA's healthcare client base.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare roles – sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and placement.
  • Develop new clients to provide tailored workforce solutions and deliver a high level of service.
  • Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
  • Work closely with ETA leadership to develop strategy and direction for this new desk.

  • Proven experience in healthcare recruitment (agency).
  • Someone with network connections within the industry
  • Strong business development capability and confidence in B2B sales.
  • Ability to identify and grow new client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilience, drive, and a passion for delivering results.
  • Someone motivated by the opportunity to create and grow a desk from scratch.
