Warranty Administrator

Our client is a leading Australian home builder. A need exists for an experienced person to join this vibrant and friendly team. You will ensure that customer receive a professional after-care experience during their warranty period, co-ordinating and managing warranty claims in line with QBCC standards.

With a flat reporting line to the COO, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and action warranty claims received
• Ensure all warranty processes and outcomes comply with QBCC standards and tolerances
• Liaise with all stakeholders to clarify warranty requirements
• Co-ordinate and schedule Supervisors, Contractors and Suppliers to complete warranty works within agreed timeframes
• Ensure warranty inspections are booked and conducted promptly
• Monitoring the progress of warranty items
• Identify and escalate complex warranty issues to management
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly and monthly warranty summary reports
• Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping in the warranty management system

Our ideal applicant will have at least 3 years similar experience within the construction industry and sound knowledge of relevant building standards, codes and QBCC requirements. You should be proficient in MS Office, with strong organisational, customer service, problem solving and communication skills.
