Gen Institute is a private Registered Training Organisation (RTO) based in Melbourne City. We specialise in delivering high-quality education and training to both Australian and international students. We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Trainers/Assessors to join our team and deliver qualifications in Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess training in accordance with the training package requirements.
  • Support students in achieving their learning outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with RTO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to ensure industry currency.

Essential Criteria:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Diploma of Building and Construction (Building).
  • Minimum two years of training experience in an RTO environment.
  • Minimum three years of construction industry experience.
  • Evidence of industry currency and participation in relevant professional development.
  • Full working rights in Australia and residency in Victoria.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $60,000 – $80,000 per year (dependent on qualifications and experience)
  • Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability may be required
