About the role
As our Accounts Payable Officer, you'll ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, oversee weekly payment runs, and support compliance with financial policies and reporting requirements. Reporting to the Financial Operations Coordinator, you'll also guide Accounts Payable Administrators, manage complex queries, and identify improvement opportunities to strengthen operational effectiveness.
As our Accounts Payable Officer, you'll also:
coordinate accounts payable processing and weekly payment runs.
manage complex stakeholder queries and compliance reporting.
support process improvement, training, and policy updates.
provide audit, GST, and project support across the finance function.
Skills & Experience
Accounts payable experience with strong finance knowledge
Ability to manage high transaction volumes and meet deadlines
Strong Excel and financial systems skills
Clear communication and stakeholder management
