**Accounts Payable Officer**
**Hours**: Part-time, 15 hours p/week

**Contract Length**: Temporary contract - ASAP Start, 6-7 month contract

**Salary**: $48 p/hour + super

**Location**: Local Council South Eastern Suburbs Melbourne

**The Opportunity**

Our client, a prominent local council in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a respected organization committed to serving its community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute end-to-end Accounts Payable functions in a collaborative job-share environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing payments.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Accounts Payable within government, not-for-profit, education, healthcare, aged care organizations, or similar mid to large-scale entities.
- While experience with Kofax and Computron is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
