Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for processing invoices, preparing for payment runs, bank and supplier reconciliations and providing a hands-on approach when required.

If you are immediately available to join a high-volume processing role with a motivated finance team with excellent culture, this would be a great opportunity with the possibility to o permanent

**The Role**

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the responsibilities of Accounts Payable.

Some typical duties will involve:

- High volume invoice processing
- Invoice coding
- Matching invoices to Purchase Orders
- Bank reconciliations
- Statement reconciliations
- Account enquiry and resolution
- Accounts payable inbox management
- Ad-Hoc Finance duties

This position is moving quickly and is perfect for anyone seeking temp contract opportunities with a quick start.

**Your Profile**

To be successful you will have proven experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role, with a minimum of 2 years' experience. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:

- Strong accounts payable experience, 'end-to-end'.
- Prior exposure to ERP System or Technology One
- Understand Cost Centres
- Comprehensive Knowledge in excel skills
- Able to start immediately
- Enthusiastic and friendly personality
- Work independently or within a team
