Seeking an experienced Accounts Payable to join a prestigious NFP organization based in South Melbourne.Our client offers a flexible hybrid WFH option

Robert Half are proud to be partnered with a prestigious NFP organization based in South Melbourne to recruit an Accounts Payable Officer on a 3-4-month temporary basis.

To be successful in this position, you will need a minimum or 2 years' experience as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer who is looking for flexibility and a friendly working culture.

As the Accounts Payable Officer, your responsibilities will be:

- Processing invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Payment runs
- Processing customer receipts and supplier payments promptly
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing the inbox

Your profile:

- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Systems savvy - experience with ERP
- Team player
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- 'Can do' attitude
