What You'll Be Doing

  • Empower participants by adopting a person-centred approach, coordinating supports, and helping individuals achieve their goals.
  • Lead and support teams by mentoring teams to maintain high professional standards.
  • Build strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders, ensuring communication is always clear and respectful.
  • Drive service excellence by meeting and exceeding service level agreements and promoting best practice across all touchpoints.
  • Manage participant journeys including intake and exit processes, supported by accurate and compliant documentation.
