Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Disability Service Coordinator based in Adelaide, SA. The Disability Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating services for participants, ensuring their needs are met with the highest quality care. This involves managing day-to-day operations, facilitating effective communication between clients, carers, and service providers, and providing exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Service Coordination and Operations Management
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication skills
  • Proficient in Customer Service
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Relevant qualifications in disability services, social work, or a related field is desirable
  • Understanding of NDIS guidelines and procedures is a plus
