Sous Chef & Chef de Partie – Yum Sing House

Yum Sing House is on the lookout for passionate and driven chefs to join our team in Melbourne's CBD. We're a vibrant and busy restaurant known for reimagining classic dishes with bold, modern twists – all served in a fun and energetic dining atmosphere.

We're ideally seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef, ready to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.

At Yum Sing House, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards in food quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Stock management and portion control experience.
  • Initiative and creativity in the kitchen.
