Sales Coordinator – Fast-Paced, High-Energy Team

Some people keep things moving. You make sure the right things move – at the right time, in the right order – and you keep everyone calm while you do it.

At Belle Property Cairns, this is a dedicated 1:1 role supporting a driven and high-performing lead sales agent. She's fast-moving, takes pride in her work, and has built a reputation for results on some of Cairns' most sought-after homes. Your job is to keep her day running at its best – anticipating needs, smoothing the edges, and making sure campaigns stay on track.

You won't be left to do it all alone. Two of our offshore team members handle the basics – draft contracts, marketing support and data entry. Your role is everything that sits above that: checking details, keeping campaigns moving, and stepping in on the reactive, time-sensitive tasks where accuracy and clear communication matter most.

– Quick on your feet – responsive and confident in conversation, while always referring to the agent for direction

– Comfortable with direct feedback – you see it as part of moving fast and keeping quality high

– Positive, reliable, and happy to pitch in wherever needed

– Tech‑confident – quick to learn CRMs/portals and work from checklists/templates

– Current (or willingness to obtain) Real Estate Certificate of Registration

– Current driver's licence

Key Responsibilities:

– Protect your agent's time – triage inbox and calls, prep meeting packs, build buffers, communicate data, and keep notes tidy so nothing "lives in your head"

– Review and quality-check the offshore team's work, fixing errors quickly where needed

– Prepare and update offers, and send contracts to buyers and solicitors without delay

– Coordinate building inspections, valuations and other buyer requirements

– Manage your agent's calendar, prep and follow-through for appraisals, listings and client meetings

– Be first to the phone when needed – clear updates to owners, quick callbacks to buyers, supplier coordination

– Show up in person when required – signage, keys, styling drop-ins, last-minute fixes

– Cover occasional Saturdays (with time off in lieu)
