Due to exceptional recent growth, we are currently recruiting for both a Customer Service Specialist as well as Vehicle Sales Consultants. Customer Service Specialists also known as Service Advisors, are integral to the success of our business her at Ken Mills Toyota Kingaroy. Each day, they fulfil several roles including greeting our guests on the driveway, following through on work being completed, ensuring work is completed on time and seeing the guests out with a smile in the afternoon. Our Vehicle Sales Consultants use their extensive product knowledge and 1st class customer service to help our customers find the right vehicle to suit our customers' needs and fulfill their dreams

Our ideal team member has the following:

  • Previous Service Advisor or Sales Consultant or other High-Level Customer Service experience, while not necessary, will be viewed favorably
  • A can do, customer focused attitude
  • A friendly, team focused personality
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills

A day in the life of our Service Advisors includes:

  • Greeting of guests on the driveway
  • Checking in of vehicles ensuring all work is noted
  • Following up of vehicle progress throughout the day
  • Communicate with our guests on their vehicle's progress
  • Finalize the work completed (both customer charge and warranty)
  • Take payment from the customer
  • Deliver an exceptional experience

A day in the life of our Sales Consultants includes:

  • Greeting Customers and answering their enquiries - in person, via the phone or online
  • Identifying Customers' needs and wants
  • Demonstrating vehicles and highlighting features, advantages and benefits
  • Performing test drives with Customers
  • Preparing and completing contracts and other sale related paperwork
  • Delivering our customers their new dream vehicles and showing them how all the important features work
  • Following up all customers through all stages of the vehicle purchase journey
