About the role

This is a full-time Sports Liaison Officer position based in Brigadoon, Western Australia, working for Pony Club WA. As the Sports Liaison Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of this dynamic not-for-profit organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the administration and office support with a focus on sports-related activities.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative and general office support to the Pony Club WA team
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Communicating with members, volunteers and other stakeholders
  • Managing general enquiries via phone, email and in person
  • Creating engaging materials & correspondence
  • Assisting with coordinating of club events and activities
  • Assisting with planning, creating and publishing engaging content for our website and social media platforms
  • Supporting the development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns
  • Supporting and assisting our key stakeholders and volunteers

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an administrative or sports-related role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Careful attention to detail
  • IT savvy with proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
  • A passion for sports and working with the local community
  • A Monday to Friday role with the flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
