**Client Liaison Officer**

**Temp-Perm - $33-$35 per hour**

**Client Liaison Officer** role with an aspect of
**Business Development and Marketing** on temporary to permanent
**part-time** basis and to help assist in making a difference to the business and the local communities.

As the
**star** Client Liaison Officer, you will be providing efficient administrative/sales assistance as well as coordinating with Occupational Therapists to build effective community relationships and promoting the company in different ways. Example
- Through Information Sessions/ engaging with Communities and Local Governments, Event management/ Coordination and basic Marketing.
- Wish to be the face of the company in a Client Liaison/ Business Development/ Marketing role as a great sales driven people person.
- Have great interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills with ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered.
- Deliver effective organizational and administrative skills.
- Have the ability to work effectively under pressure and able to think on the spot both as a member of the team and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Have the ability to exercise initiative and good judgement when required with ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters appropriately.
- Possess sound communication skills including the ability to write form letters, reports and undertake basic research tasks.
- Have a knack for multi-tasking.
- Liaising with couriers/ other stake holders for community meetings and transport of equipment (eg. Brochures, seating equipment, catering, etc).
- Have the passion to assist in expanding the business.
- **Knowledge within the allied health/ medical field (desirable)**:

- **Have a great telephone manner and able to manage inbound/outbound calls**:

- **Possession or ability to acquire a current motor vehicle drivers licence (desirable)**
