Job Opportunity

The role involves interacting with customers as the first point of contact, identifying their needs, and providing information and advice on assistive technology. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling general administration, database entry, supplier liaison, and assisting customers to hire and/or purchase equipment.

This position requires excellent IT skills, good attention to detail, a good phone manner, previous experience working in the Aged Care or Disability Sector, and proficiency with ITC, including client databases and Microsoft office suite.
