Job Title: Panel Liaison Officer

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Panel Liaison Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to stakeholders and ensuring smooth communication between various groups.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise with stakeholders on day-to-day matters to ensure effective collaboration and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Support contract financial administration and tracking to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with business groups, consultants, and panel members through regular communication and updates.
  • Collate and distribute meeting agenda items in a timely manner to ensure all parties are informed.
  • Attend meetings and provide accurate minute-taking to document important decisions and actions.
  • Organize and coordinate panel meetings and events, including the annual Spring Tour, to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in taking comprehensive minutes during meetings to ensure accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence positive outcomes through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Previous experience in managing client relationships and issues.
