Damm Fine Food is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Events Coordinator for Alto Event Space. The main focus of this role is to own the client journey, managing the complete planning process for all confirmed events. Key responsibilities include coordinating events, as well as managing internal events such as menu tastings, ensuring exceptional quality and service delivery during event stages.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination

Host client planning meetings, rehearsals, and menu tastings

Liaise with client on event details, menu selection

Produce run sheets, kitchen orders, and event orders

Onsite event coordination

Manage event documentations

Client Management

Build and maintain strong relationships

Deliver outstanding customer service

Ensure timely follow-up post-event

Sales

Respond to client enquiries

Conduct site visits

Prepare proposals and quotes

Manage post-confirmation sales

Experience & Requirements

Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or hospitality

Experience with catering or food service events is preferred

Applicants must hold a valid work visa to be eligible for this position

Weekend and evening availability is essential for onsite event coordination duties
