Location: Cremorne, Melbourne VIC (480 Church Street, right next to East Richmond Station)

Type: Permanent Part-Time (0.66 FTE), on-site, Monday – Friday

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 + super (pro rata)

The Role

We're on the lookout for a vibrant, professional, and energetic Receptionist / Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Cremorne office. You'll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly – from greeting visitors to coordinating office supplies, first aid, travel bookings, and everything in between.

You'll play a vital role in maintaining the office atmosphere and ensuring the team has what they need to deliver their best work. You'll also be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, liaising with suppliers, and supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Reporting to our Office Manager (based in Queensland), you'll be part of our national Operations team – the heartbeat that keeps Infinity humming across all states.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage incoming calls, mail, and parcels
  • Oversee general office operations, supplies, and kitchen orders
  • Coordinate first aid and fire warden responsibilities for the Cremorne office
  • Assist with interstate travel and accommodation bookings
  • Support team logistics, meetings, and office events
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers as needed
  • Maintain a tidy, well-presented, and welcoming office environment

  • Previous experience in administration, reception, or office coordination (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Hours & Flexibility

This role is 0.66 FTE (approximately hours per week) spread across five days.

Here are a few examples of how that could look:

  1. Option 1: 9:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday
  2. Option 2: 10:00am – 3:15pm, Monday to Friday

(We're flexible on exact times, as long as it works for both you and the team.)
