Internal Sales Representative – Laverton North (Melbourne Office)

Palmers Relocations is a proudly Australian-owned business with over 40 years of history helping people move across the globe. We're continuing to grow, and we're looking for an Internal Sales / Sales Support & Appointment Setter to join our Melbourne team.

This is a role where you can build real connections, make an impact, and be rewarded for your efforts — all while working in a supportive, international network.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responding to inbound phone and online enquiries.
  • Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Setting appointments and supporting our sales team to secure international relocations.
  • Providing admin support and following up leads to ensure a smooth client journey.

What we're looking for:

  • A proven track record in sales or sales administration.
  • A self-starter with strong communication skills across all levels.
  • Someone who is proactive, organised, and enjoys working hands-on.
  • A good sense of humour and a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Industry experience is desirable but not essential – we'll provide training.
