Indigo Blinds Pty Ltd is a proudly Australian-owned business specialising in custom-made window furnishings, including blinds, curtains, shutters, and awnings. Operating across Victoria and Canberra, we're passionate about helping our customers create stylish, comfortable, and functional homes.

We're expanding in Melbourne and currently have two subcontractor positions available — one covering the Western Suburbs and one covering the South Eastern Suburbs.

About the Role

We're seeking motivated and enthusiastic On-Road Sales Interior Consultants to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll attend pre-qualified, in-home appointments to help customers choose the perfect window furnishing solutions.

This is a commission-only subcontractor role with uncapped earning potential — ideal for self-starters who love sales, interior design, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend scheduled in-home consultations with qualified leads
  • Provide expert advice on design, style, and product selection
  • Accurately measure and quote for window furnishings
  • Convert leads into sales and maintain client relationships
  • Manage your own schedule and follow up on opportunities via CRM

What You'll Need

A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

ABN and Public Liability Insurance

Current Police Check

Previous in-home or direct sales experience (highly regarded)

Own mobile phone (iPad with CRM access provided)

Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills

A passion for interior design and customer satisfaction

Experience in window furnishings, kitchen, flooring, or roofing sales is highly valued.
