About our role :

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our Finance team in Osborne Park. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations, reporting, and compliance across the business.

What You will focus on:

  • Preparing statutory returns and financial reports (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual)
  • Ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and Auditor General guidelines
  • Reconciling accounting systems and monitoring accounts for compliance
  • Analysing variances against budget and providing insights to management
  • Supporting internal and external audits and related reporting
  • Overseeing a junior team member and contributing to team development
  • Preparing financial reports for business units and inputting data into the company's Information Management System

What You'll Bring: 

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Strong understanding of Australian Accounting Standards and Corporations Act requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Accounting degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience with Pronto or ERP systems highly desirable
