About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced
Test Manager
to join a program for one of our premium clients based in
Melbourne

The initial contract is
12 months with a possible extension
.

Work model: Hybrid,
with min 3 days working on site in Melbourne CBD

The nature of this role requires candidates to be an
Australian citizen
and be able to obtain and maintain an
Australian security clearance
if required.
Must also hold a current police check or be willing to obtain one.

This role will manage the whole test management cycle and will manage the imbedded testing team.

What will make you a good fit for the role?

  • Experience operationally leading and managing teams of specialists, across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience using Spira Test
  • Advanced understanding of various testing methodologies for Unit, System, Integration, Functional, Regression, Performance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent client engagement skills, at all levels. Including ability to have conversations around program boundaries and scope
  • The ability to remove hurdles

Academic Qualifications and Certifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as Leading SAFe would be advantageous
