Milestone IT is partnering with a highly respected retail client currently seeking a skilled and experienced Test Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Test Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the test strategy, planning, and execution across multiple projects.
  • Lead a team of testers (onshore/offshore) ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with project goals.
  • Oversee all phases of testing including system, integration, UAT, and regression.
  • Manage defect tracking and resolution processes.
  • Report on test progress, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead on large-scale IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • ISTQB certification is desirable.
