Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Test Analyst
with a strong background in
banking projects
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in
UAT
and
functional testing
within complex enterprise environments. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested and delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute functional test cases based on business and system requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate
    User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    , working directly with business users to validate end-to-end solutions.
  • Analyse requirements and ensure full test coverage across systems and integrations.
  • Document and manage defects, working with developers and BA teams to resolve issues.
  • Provide clear reporting of test progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience as a Test Analyst, with
    banking or financial services project experience
    .
  • Strong hands-on
    functional testing
    and UAT execution experience.
  • Excellent understanding of the full SDLC and defect lifecycle.
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders.
  • Team player with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
