We are looking for multiple Manual and Automation Senior Test Analysts to work in a number of Client sites in Melbourne.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Testing experience.
  • Experience in preparing Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Execution.
  • Agile Experience
  • Work closely with Product Owners, BA's and Developers Leads to understand Business features and user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Continuously improve test automation coverage.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress, defects, and quality metrics to leaders.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables, ensuring that all testing activities align with Agile best practices.

  • Ability to create Test Plans

  • Ability to create Test Cases

  • Perform end to end test execution
  • Perform business process testing
  • Look and Feel Testing
  • Cross Browser Testing
  • Wide Testing tool experience including AML
  • Previous experience working with Technical Testers
  • Previous experience in Digital based testing

Other Requirements for both roles:

  • Agile Environments experience is mandatory.
  • Pega platform Case Management experience advantageous.
  • Test automation knowledge is an advantage.
  • Great Personality and a Great Team Player
  • Excellent Communication Skills coupled with can do attitude
  • Preference given to candidates availabe to start immediately

Our clients have fantastic flexible work and modern office environments and located in Melbourne CBD. Candidates are expected to work both from home and remotely.
