Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Manager at Marmont Bar located in the Greater Melbourne Area. The Bar Manager will oversee daily bar operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory management, financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the Bar Manager will be expected to develop and implement marketing strategies and events to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in bar management, inventory management, and staff management
  • Strong skills in customer service, conflict resolution, and team leadership
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies and events
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is preferred
  • Relevant experience or education in hospitality or business management is a plus
